This is a method to solve the issue of "incomplete infiltration" in tissue regeneration materials. Using vacuum-pressure infiltration, we were able to introduce cells deep into porous materials (e.g., collagen, PLA, etc.). Subsequent proliferation and differentiation have also been confirmed.
